MQRS, a small business support group, was founded by Daphne O’Neal to create a platform to educate, enlighten and encourage. Training services are provided to the underserved business community and non-profit organizations to enhance key business knowledge. Particularly focused on business financing requirements, MQRS also provides coaching services with an emphasis to enhance the quality of business ownership and everyday life.
